VEGETABLES A LA GRILL 
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 zucchini, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 yellow squash, cut into 1/4 inch slices
6 broccoli flowerets
6 cauliflower flowerets
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp. beef flavored bouillon granules
3 tbsp. butter, cut into pieces
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. fennel seeds, crushed
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently. Place vegetables on a large piece of heavy duty foil. Fold edges over and wrap securely. Place on grill about 5 inches from medium hot coals. Cook 12 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Yield: 6 servings.
