VEGETABLES A LA GRILL | |
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges 1 zucchini, cut in 1/4 inch slices Yellow squash, cut in 1/4 inch slices 6 broccoli flowerets 6 cauliflower flowerets 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1/4 tsp. fennel seeds, crushed 1 onion, sliced thinly 1 tsp. beef flavored granules 3 tbsp. butter, cut into pieces 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, toss lightly. Place vegetables on a large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil. Fold edges over and wrap securely. Place on a grill about 5 inches from medium to hot coals. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Makes 6 servings. |
