1 box yellow Duncan Hines cake mix 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese 3 boxes of instant coconut cream pudding 4 c. milk 1 large Cool Whip Bake cake on cookie sheet with sides for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool cake. Spread pineapple on top of cake. Beat pudding with milk and cream cheese. Spread on top of pineapple. Spread Cool Whip on top of pudding. Sprinkle with coconut. |
