YUMMY PINEAPPLE UP-SIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 jar maraschino cherries (optional)
1 large can pineapples
1 bag (any size) brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter

Combine brown sugar, melted butter, and spread over bottom and add pineapples and cherries in your own desire. Prepare cake mix as directed, plus add 1/2 cup oil for a moist and tender cake.

Pour brown sugar, melted butter, pineapples and cherries over top.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven; flip onto plate or pan, cookie sheet will do just fine.

Makes the best;) better than homemade;) it's called up-side down because it's made up-side down.(:

We make this kind of cake as well. We put the cherries and pineapple in the bottom the cakes. They are really good.
