OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up for frying
1 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. butter

Melt butter in shallow baking dish in hot oven (400°F). Dip chicken in flour and seasonings. Remove baking dish from oven, place chicken skin side down, in a single layer.

Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes. Turn chicken.

Bake another 30 minutes.
