FLUFFY CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
6 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 egg whites
3 sq. Bakers unsweetened chocolate, melted
2-3 tbsp. milk

Cream butter and vanilla. Alternately add egg whites and powdered sugar, beating well after each addition. Add chocolate and beat well. Gradually beat in milk until frosting is smooth and good consistency. Will ice 2 (8 or 9-inch) large cakes.
