1 stick butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. sifted flour
3-4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1-2 tsp. vanilla

Place all ingredients into mixer bowl and mix at slow speed until combined. Next beat at high speed about 5 minutes or more until icing is fluffy.
