FLUFFY CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
1/2 c. cocoa
6 tbsp. butter Crisco
1 tsp. vanilla
2 2/3 c. (1 lb.) powdered sugar
4-5 tbsp. milk or water

Combine cocoa and powdered sugar. Cream butter with 1/2 cup cocoa mixture in small bowl. Add remaining cocoa mixture alternately with milk, beating to spreading consistency. Blend in vanilla. For glossier frosting, add 1 tablespoon corn syrup.
