HAM AND CHEESE QUICHE 
1 pie crust, baked
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. diced cooked ham
1 1/2 c. cubed Swiss cheese
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion

Combine milk, mayonnaise, eggs, and cornstarch. Mix until smooth. Stir in rest of ingredients. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
