4 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 c. grated Co-Jack cheese
4 oz. sour cream
3/4 c. diced ham
1/4 c. milk

Mix well and pour into saltine crust: 1 1/2 cups crushed saltines and 1/4 cup butter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Done when inserted toothpick comes out clean.
