HAM AND CHEESE QUICHE 
9 inch pastry, deep dish
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. ham, diced
1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, cubed
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Prick pie shell and bake 3 to 5 minutes. Let cool. Combine milk and mayonnaise, eggs and cornstarch. Mix until smooth. Stir remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake 350 degrees 40 to 50 minutes or until set.
