I've made a variation of this for years, with mushroom slices instead of tomatoes, and (sadly) only one slice of bacon wrapped around the circumference of the pork tenderloin. Also, if you cut the pork tenderloin into 3/4 in slices, it only needs to cook for 15-20 minutes on the grill and only needs about a half slice of cheese to cover it. I usually serve this with rice and a side of corn or green beans...very delicious. Fairly easy to make, and filling enough that you end up eating only two or three 'surprises', which means if you prepare them as I do, it ends up being a reasonably healthy meal (less bacon and cheese, still the same flavor balance).
