MANDARIN SHRIMP SALAD 
1/2 bunch spinach
1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1/3 - 1/2 lb. sm. shrimp
1/2 white onion, sliced thin
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges

SESAME-SOY DRESSING:

1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. sherry
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds

Wash lettuce and spinach; drain. Tear into bite sized pieces. Toss with shrimp, onions and oranges, reserving 1/3 for garnish. Toss lightly with sesame-soy dressing. Add reserved garnish.
