CHICKEN SALAD MANDARIN 
Dressing:

1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 c. creamy French salad dressing
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Salad:

3 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey
1 1/2 c. cooked long grain rice, chilled
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. diced celery

Dressing: Combine mayonnaise, French dressing, curry powder, salt and pepper.

Salad: In large bowl, combine chicken, rice, oranges and celery. Pour salad dressing mixture over all. Toss lightly. Chill at least 1 hour.

Serves 6 to 8.
