FRENCH CHERRY PIE | |
CRUST: 3 egg whites 1 c. sugar 24 soda crackers 1 tsp. vinegar 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. pecans FILLING: 1 pkg. Dream Whip 3 oz. cream cheese 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla TOPPING: 2 cans cherry pie filling CRUST: Beat egg whites until stiff, fold in sugar, add crumbled crackers, vinegar, baking powder and pecans. Pour mixture into well greased 9"x13" oblong baking dish. Spread evenly. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. FILLING: Whip Dream Whip according to directions, add cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until stiff. Add to cooled crust. Top with pie filling. Chill thoroughly. |
