GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. onion soup mix
1 pt. sour cream
8 oz. egg noodles
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown ground beef; drain. Add mushroom soup. Mix sour cream and onion soup (dry) together. Then add to meat mixture. Let simmer 10 minutes. Add cooked egg noodles. Serves 6.
