HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cans cream of mushroom soupsm. pkg. egg noodles
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown ground beef, garlic, and onions in electric skillet; drain fat. Add soup, milk, cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain. Add to soup mixture. Mix well. Great with cornbread and green salad.
