HAMBURGER BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lb. ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
20 oz. (2 cans) soup, cream of mushroom
1 soup can of water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. sour cream
rice OR noodles (for serving)

In a skillet, brown ground beef and add onions; cooking until tender. Stir in soup and 1 soup can of water. Add salt and pepper.

Remove 1 cup of stroganoff mixture and blend with flour. Stir flour mixture and sour cream into stroganoff, mixing well.

Serve over rice or noodles.

Makes 6 servings.
