GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef (lean)
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. can mushroom stems & pieces, drained
3/4 c. sour cream or yogurt

In medium skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain well. Stir in garlic salt, pepper, soup and mushrooms. Simmer, covered 15 to 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream; heat through, but DO NOT BOIL. Serve over rice or noodles. 4 to 5 servings.

One serving meets CCFP requirements for meat equivalent. Rice or noodles meet requirement for bread equivalent.
