GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can drain mushrooms
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) dairy sour cream

1. Cook ground beef and onions in 10 inch ceramic skillet in microrange for 6 minutes, stir every 2 minutes.

2. Add mushrooms, flour, salt and paprika.

3. Stir in soup. Cook in microrange 5 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. Add sour cream. Return to microrange for 2 minutes. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
