GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
Brown 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef in skillet. Add thinly sliced 1/2 onion. Add 1 1/2 cups water. Simmer until onion is clear, about 30 to 40 minutes. Add 1 package stroganoff mix. Simmer 10 minutes. Add water if necessary. Add 1 cup of sour cream. Keep warm until ready to serve. Top on cooked egg noodles or shoestring potatoes.
