HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef with soy
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can (8 oz.) mushroom stems & pieces, drained
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream

Cook ground beef and onion in butter in large skillet until meat is browned and onion is tender. Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in soup. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Serve with noodles. Serves 4.
