HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 beef bouillon cube
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 c. water
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 env. sour cream sauce mix
1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk

Brown ground beef in butter; stir in flour, onion, bouillon cube, garlic salt and paprika. Add water and mushrooms with liquid. Cover; simmer 10 minutes. Combine sauce mix with evaporated milk. Stir into meat mixture. Heat until blended by stirring. Serve over hot noodles or rice. 4 to 6 servings.
