GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 green onions and tops
1 lb. ground beef
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. sugar
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. sharp grated cheese
Dry red wine

Place the following ingredients in flat buttered casserole dish in order prepared. 8 ounce package of egg noodles, cooked and drained. Cream sauce: 1 cup sour cream, 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, 6 green onions and tops, chopped fine. Meat Sauce: 1 pound ground beef, browned in 2 tablespoons butter. Add to meat 1 crushed garlic clove, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 2 (8 ounce) cans of tomato sauce. Cook and cover meat sauce 20 minutes. Over all the layers: Moisten with dry red wine, sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated sharp cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
