BAKED HAM WITH STRAWBERRY GLAZE 
Remove gelatin from 10 to 12 pound canned ham, place in roasting pan and apply 1 (16 oz.) jar strawberry glaze. Drain 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, place on paper towel and sprinkle with ground ginger and place some on top of ham.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees for about 1 hour, remove from oven and place on a platter. Arrange lemon leaves around edge and garnish with gingered peaches.
