CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP WITH PESTO | |
8 c. chicken broth 1 c. sliced zucchini 1/4 c. tomato paste 3 oz. fine egg noodles 3/4 c. cubed cooked chicken 3 tbsp. pesto (in the deli case) Combine broth, zucchini and tomato paste in saucepan. Bring to boil. Stir in noodles. Cook 5-7 minutes. Add chicken and pesto. |
