VINEGAR PIE 
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. water
1 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour

Combine first 3 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Add butter, stir until melted. Mix flour with little amount of water until smooth. Combine and pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 400 to 425 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. You can cover with pie crust or strips in lattice work fashion or butter.
