3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
1 egg
5 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. vinegar

Blend flour, salt and shortening. Beat egg, water and vinegar. Add to the blended mixture with a fork. Roll out to desired thickness.
