1 pkg. dry yeast 2 c. flour 1 tbsp. sugar 3/4 c. lukewarm water 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. salad oil Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix dry ingredients together in bowl. Add oil to water and yeast. Mix into dry ingredients. Knead a minute on floured surface. Pinch dough off into 12 smooth balls, dusting tops with flour. Let set on greased baking sheet for 30 minutes. Bake at 425 degrees until golden (about 25 minutes). |
