BISCUIT PUDDING 
2 1/2 c. biscuits (pinch up into bite-size pieces)
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. scalded milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs slightly and add sugar and salt. Stir in milk gradually. Add vanilla. Pour over bread. Bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes or until just set. Serve warm or cool; may add 1/4 cup raisins before cooking.

VARIATION: Substitute 2 1/2 cups chocolate milk if chocolate bread pudding is desired.
