10 c. flour 10 tsp. baking powder 2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt (opt.) 6 lg. eggs (8 if sm.) 1 c. milk 1 c. oil 3 tsp. lemon extract 1 tsp. vanilla Mix dry ingredients together and set aside. Beat eggs, milk, oil and flavorings. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Pick small pieces from dough and roll into small pretzels. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool and glaze. GLAZE: 2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. lemon extract Milk Add enough milk or water to make a thin glaze. Dip cookie and glaze top only. Let set a few minutes. Makes approximately 60. |
