BISCUIT PUDDING | |
5 biscuits (canned or homemade) 2 c. milk 3 eggs, beaten 1 stick butter, melted 1 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Nutmeg Crumble biscuits into a 9 x 9-inch baking pan. Mix milk, sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla together. Pour over biscuits in pan. Push biscuit pieces down into liquid with back of spoon, making sure all pieces are soaked with the liquid. Sprinkle top of mixture with nutmeg. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until set. |
