JAMAY'S BISCUIT PEACH COBBLER | |
1 can Hungry Jack Flaky Biscuits 2 c. sugar 1/2 stick butter 1 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. cloves 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. lemon 1 can sliced peaches 1/2 tsp. vanilla Bake biscuits as directed on can. In a 3 quart pot add your peaches, sugar, butter, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, vanilla and lemon flavor. Cook until it starts to get thick. Break open your cooked biscuits and place the bottom part on a greased square pan. Pour your peach mixture over the biscuit bottom, then place the top part of the biscuit over the mixture. Let bake in hot oven 15 minutes. Serve with ice cream or cheese if desired. Serves 6 to 8. |
