SOUR DOUGH BISCUITS 
2 c. buttermilk at room temp.
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast (let set in water a few min.)
3/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. sugar
4 heaping tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
6 c. flour
1 tsp. salt (optional)

Mix buttermilk, water (with yeast in it), salad oil and sugar together. Add flour, baking powder and soda. Mix well. Store in refrigerator in tight container until ready to use. Take out as much as you need each time and make into biscuits. Bake in 400 degree oven.

This recipe is better when made the day before and stored in the refrigerator. It will keep for a week.
