SOUR DOUGH BISCUITS 
2 tbsp. warm water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
5 c. self rising flour
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix first 3 ingredients, then add rest of ingredients. Mix real good. Place in refrigerator. Roll out as needed and bake. You do not need to let rise.
