PUMPKIN SPICE BARS | |
3/4 c. granulated sugar 1/4 c. butter Cream together. Beat together: 1 egg 3/4 c. canned pumpkin 1 tsp. vanilla Add to creamed mixture just until blended. Mix in: 1/4 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. ground cloves 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt Spread in a greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 17 to 20 minutes. Cool slightly and cut into squares. |
