PUMPKIN SPICE BARS 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin. Stir in flour, soda, baking powder, salt and spices. Mix in raisins and nuts. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Beat until smooth. Spread on cooled bars. Refrigerate.
