STUFFED CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. ground turkey or beef
3 tbsp. rice
1 grated onion
1/2 c. water
Salt & pepper to taste
12 lg. cabbage leaves
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
4 tbsp. vinegar
6 tbsp. sugar

Combine meat, rice, onion, water, salt and pepper. Make cabbage leaves pliable by dropping in salted, boiling water a few minutes. Drain leaves. Divide meat and put in each leaf. Roll, tuck in ends, place rolls, seam side down, close together in baking dish. Combine tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar. Pour over rolls. Bake at 325 degrees, covered for 3 hours.
