SAUSAGE & CHEESE BAKE 
2 pkg. crescent rolls
2 lb. sweet sausage
5 eggs, beaten (reserve 2 tbsp.)
1/4 lb. Muenster cheese, cubed
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, cubed

Skin and fry sausage until cooked. Drain fat. Add eggs and cheese to the sausage and mix together in a large bowl.

Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Place 1 package of crescent rolls on bottom of pan. Pour mixture over dough. Place other rolls over the mixture and press down on the sides. Brush the top with reserved egg.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
