MAYONNAISE CHEESE MELT 
4 oz. Provolone cheese
4 oz. Gouda cheese
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
4 oz. Muenster cheese
4 oz. Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese
8 oz. mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
8 slices pumpernickle bread

Grate cheese. Combine cheese in a bowl and mix well. Slice mushrooms and saute in butter. Toast bread. Spoon mushrooms onto 4 slices of bread. Top with cheese mixture. Add second piece of toast to each sandwich and microwave until cheese melts. Makes 4 sandwiches.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
