1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 bag chocolate candy kisses (Hershey's)

Shift flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside. Cream butter, peanut butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Blend in dry ingredients.

Shape dough into balls and place on greased cookie sheet (do not press down cookies before baking).

Bake at 375°F for 8 minutes.

When they come out of oven, immediately put a candy kiss on top of each cookie.
