WINTER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
8 oz. noodles, cooked
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Brown meat; add onion and cook until tender. Stir in milk and cheese until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; pour into 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
