WINTER SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. winter squash
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. pecans

Combine squash, 4 tablespoons butter, salt and pepper in saucepan. Cook over low heat until squash is hot. Add eggs and mix well. Pour into 1 quart casserole dish.

Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, butter and pecans. Sprinkle pecan mixture over the squash. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
