WINTER SQUASH CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked squash
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. cracker crumbs
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

2 quart casserole dish. Mix all ingredients, top with cracker crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. If squash is cold, bake for 30 minutes.
