1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice (UNCLE BEN'S®)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Lipton soup
1-2 cut up chickens or breasts
1 1/2 c. milk

Place 1 1/2 cupfuls uncooked rice in a large casserole cake pan (Pyrex). Place chicken on top of rice. Mix 1 can mushroom soup, 1 can chicken soup, and 1 1/2 cupfuls milk. Pour mixture over chicken.

Sprinkle onion soup over the top. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 325 to 350 degrees. DON'T PEEK!
