NO PEEK CHICKEN | |
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain rice & herbs Mix with: 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can water (only) Put in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place as many pieces of raw, skinned chicken (breasts, legs or thighs) as will fit on top of the rice. Sprinkle 1/2 of 1 package of Lipton's dried onion soup over all. Cover tightly with foil and put in refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours or overnight. Bake, covered in 350 degree oven for 2 1/2 hours. Do not peek! |
