PEEK A BOO CHICKEN 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick melted butter
2 c. uncooked rice
3/4 c. milk
Chicken, skinned & deboned
Onion soup mix (dry packet)

Mix soups, butter, rice and milk in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Place skinned chicken on top of mixture. Top with onion soup mix. Cover pan with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. May take foil off 10 minutes prior to ending time to further brown, if desired.
