"BAKED" SOPAPILLAS 
Easy and a little healthier than deep frying!

1 sheet puff pastry (thaw according to directions)
cinnamon sugar (for sprinkling)
honey (for dipping)

Unroll and cut one sheet of puff pastry into nine squares; then cut 4 triangles from each square; sprinkle on cinnamon sugar.

Bake according to directions on box (400°F for 10+ minutes).

Serve with honey as a dip.
