SPINACH FANDANGO 
2 lbs. ground round steak
1 or 2 cloves garlic
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. mushrooms
1 tsp. oregano
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
8 oz. sour cream

Brown meat; add oregano, salt and pepper. Add mushrooms, garlic (cut up fine); unthaw spinach and cook until mixable. Mix the soup and sour cream into the hot ingredients and place in baking dish. Cover with Mozzarella cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
