BROCCOLI AT ITS BEST | |
1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli, cut up or 2 pkg. frozen broccoli 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. plain yogurt or 1/2 c. sour cream 1/4 c. shredded carrot 1 tbsp. diced onion 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 c. crumbled snack crackers 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1/4 tsp. sage 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. melted butter Cook and drain broccoli and put in greased casserole. Mix together the flour, yogurt, carrot, onion, and salt and pepper. Pour mixture over broccoli. Toss cracker crumbs with remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over broccoli and sauce. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
